of most modern tools like MOST, generative AI, legal compliances related to EHS,
Energy, Quality, besides POSH, BRSR Reporting & Educating professionals with latest
legal framework. With a proven track record of delivering exceptional results, we are
seeking talented and motivated Business Development Professionals at Senior as well
as junior level to contribute to our continued success in the age group of 35-50 years.
Responsibilities:
Identify and cultivate strategic partnerships to expand our client base.
Develop and execute business development strategies to achieve organizational
goals.
Collaborate with cross-functional professionals to tailor solutions that meet client
needs.
Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and industry trends.
Prepare and deliver compelling presentations to potential clients.
Qualifications:
Master's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field with 5-10 years of
experience in the field of Consultancy/Training.
Proven experience in business development within the industrial sectors.
Strong understanding of productivity improvement concepts, operation
management and industrial processes.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Ability to build and maintain lasting relationships with clients.
